Thomas E. Hawley has more than 25 years of experience in IT as an engineer and as an executive.  He has led both small and large IT departments, and has built and executed IT strategies in steady and high-growth organizations, always focused on business strategy and requirements. Tom has consistently built teams that focus on the customer, and always puts an emphasis on availability and metrics management.  He is a proponent of the ITIL framework, has been a part of large integration programs in an M&A environment, and is fluent in PCI, SOX, and FFIEC compliancy requirements. 
 
Most recently, Tom was the VP of Infrastructure Engineering at Coventry Health Care.  Prior to that he was the Director of Infrastructure at AAA NCNU, as well as the Director of Network Services at USAA.
